Letting moments of criticism turn into catalysts for change

Soccer has been a lifelong passion for me, from my energetic childhood through college. It kept me in great shape, even though I didn't pay much attention to my diet. During college at Boston University, I mixed soccer with indulgent cafeteria food and wild nights in Boston.

In 2000, I moved to New York for a corporate career, where long work hours and neglect of a healthy lifestyle led to weight gain. In 2003, I pursued acting in California, working as a bartender and server to make ends meet. The California lifestyle helped me shed extra pounds and adopt a healthier eating routine. Although my acting dreams didn't quite work out, my passion for being on camera persisted, leading to the creation of "Eat Play Run," which transformed from a travel show into a lifestyle brand celebrating food, fitness, and a balanced, healthy life. Cheers to the journey!
